    Duva and his crew have helped many of my clients here in Lane County. They are very available. The communication is constant and they truly listen to their clients. The work is top notch and I will always recommend these guys. They have just recently done a brand, new roof, chimney, and fireplace removal, finish work, skylights, and more.     These guys were efficient, professional, thorough, reasonably priced and communicative. We had them replace our old, leaky roof. They had reasonable pricing after getting a couple prices around town. We spoke with Duva throughout the project and he was knowledgeable about the work, and kind and communicated clearly.     After months of struggling with another contractor to get my roof done, I contacted Duvalier with Picture Perfect Construction and he and his team were at my house the next morning with shingles. They completed the entire job in two days and it looks really great! The price was fair and there were no hidden charges. The whole crew is exceptionally friendly and professional.     Highly recommended for a range of projects. We found the Picture Perfect crew was very skilled at their work, but also (which is sadly sometimes rare) they were very good communicators, very personable and really a delight to have on the job site (we will miss them now that our job is done). They did a garage conversion for us which included framing, headers, rebuilding a floor, installing windows, insulation, drywall, exterior siding including some really nice looking cedar tongue and groove, etc. Excellent precision throughout down to the little details that matter. We are already planning future projects and looking forward to getting these guys back over here soon! See more See less

    These guys are top notch and THEY DO EVERYTHING. I’ve had the pleasure of partnering with them on 5 homes we remodeled and flipped and let me tell you these are the fastest, friendliest, most fair group of guys I’ve worked with. They understand every aspect of building and have great subs for plumbing and electrical. They do everything from roofs, siding, framing, to concrete, interior finish work and more..
